Shop Policies

PAYMENT
I accept all major credit cards and PayPal.  Maine residents are subject to a 5.5% sales tax. 
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority, depending on weight.  I ship orders out Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders to the US & Canada.  You will receive your tracking number when I ship out your order. 
LOST PACKAGES
About lost packages: it's never convenient.  I will replace lost packages after a certain time period has passed.  
After 3 weeks for domestic packages.
After 6 weeks for international packages.
If your order has not arrived in what you deem a timely manner, please contact me.  I am happy to do all that I can to help you track down your package. 
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
I love shipping my soaps internationally.  I like to imagine it's journey, eventually finding it's way to the customer.  However, you are responsible for paying any tariffs or other customs fees at the border.  Please do not ask me to send merchandise as a gift or falsify the amount of purchase on the customs form.  It is illegal for me to do so.   
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I think that it goes without saying that I want everyone to be happy with their purchase.   If for some reason you are NOT happy, please contact me as soon as possible.   Due to the nature of the product, I cannot accept returns, but I am sure we can work out an arrangement that will please you.
