Gardener’s Scrub Soap is great at getting your hands clean after a long day in the garden. As avid gardeners, we’ve extensively tested this one and we wouldn't change a thing. A blend of black poppy seeds, corn meal, coffee grounds and pumice scrub away at caked on and ground in dirt with ease. The different grit sizes make the clean up quicker and more efficient. No more scrubbing away and not getting your hands truly clean! We've also included a generous portion of Shea butter to this recipe to ensure that your hands are not only clean but moisturized too. Our Gardeners Scrub Soap is a wonderful massaging, cleansing treat for tired hands that like to play in the dirt.
The Grit. The name seems to say it all. This soap is loaded with cornmeal, coffee grounds and black poppy seeds to provide rigorous scrubbing power. Both fuller's earth clay and activated charcoal have been added to help remove excess oils and other contaminants from hard working hands. Hemp oil and apple cider vinegar help to rehydrate tough, calloused skin and act as a skin toner and antiseptic. This soap will handle anything that you can get your hands on.
Pumice Soap is intense. It's loaded with fine grit pumice. So much that this feels more like a brick of cement than a bar of soap. Use it as a foot soap or a heavy duty hand soap. We think it’s probably too aggressive to use as a body soap, but for those of you who are adventurous and looking for an abrasive scrub, this could be your holy grail.
In the spirit of working with nature, we use the traditional cold process method in the creation of all of our soaps. We like to think that our soaps are guided by human hand, but made by nature.
