REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns.


DAMAGED PACKAGES

We do our best to pack all orders securely, to ensure that they arrive safely to their destinations.  However, if your products arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.  Each case will be handles on a case by case basis.  Resolutions may include full or partial refunds or replacements for the damaged product. 


SHIPPING ERRORS

We are all human, and mistakes happen.  If we accidentally send your package to the incorrect address, or you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately. We will ship out a replacement order as soon as possible to the correct address.  If you, the customer, makes an error in providing the correct address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
